my friend and I went on a lovely beach walk on ANZAC day. This memorial to those who made the supreme sacrifice stood out strongly against the blue sea and sky. A dawn service was held here and many wreaths placed under the arch. People were out enjoying the lovely weather and the freedom we have thanks to those whom we remember especially on this day.
