Stak-a-kat.....

.........in a total change from my recent pics.......I hereby present my two kitties........ready for a visit to the vets for 'worming'......as you can see my girlie cat Alice is protesting most vocally.......after all, we only had to remove every storage box from under our bed, and then gently push her out sitting the very last one out......and slide her ungracefully into the cat carrier..........nothing this time really........! Needless to say Johnnykat just sat there laughing......and sighing.........

Love your cat story...

Ha ha, we used to have a cat that sang all the way to the vet too, she must have been happy to visit.

You should have heard the language she said when we picked her up at the airport in New South Wales after she had just flown from Melbourne in the hold of a 16 seater plane. I think the pilot must have heard a few new cat swear words.

@gijsje It's usually worse than that....we have a large, dark and cavernous under stairs 'storage' cupboard. Our stairs have a half landing and then turn back on themselves, so there is a very small space under the very first step.......I guess you can see where this story is heading !!!

@photographycrazy Yes all OK. The vet emerged unscathed, she was hissed at before she had even touched her ! Alice crept inside Billy's waistcoat, and deposited enough white fur to make a cushion (think she may be part Porcupine) pill was duly administered and swallowed.......peace now reigns again for another three months !

@onewing Good grief.......I cannot imagine packing up Alice for that trip.....we only have a 10 minute car ride to our vets......that is bad enough !

Oh my, should we be taking ours to vet for worming?? She does sleep in her carrier, but knows when it's going to be used to take her to prison when we go on holiday! loved your narrative and double decker kits

@jamibann I think my whole street could hear her......

@peterday haha....no need !

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Alice is way too difficult for us to get a pill down her throat, and she is allergic to the 'spot-on' type treatments, so it is more convenient to all concerned to have the vet-nurse do it.....so we take Johnny (who is nowhere near so difficult) at the same time.

Ha ha, oh this did make me smile! What a palaver, eh? Cats always know when you get those boxes out what it means,

Ah...poor kitty kitties! We give Katniss Revolution monthly that protects against fleas, ticks, ear mites and worms. Glad it went well (though the cats may have a different opinion...haha!)
