.......at the Festival we played at yesterday. A very, very wet day......(think Monsoon).......we played in the dry but the entire site was waterlogged.........good gig though !
If you hadn’t said it was a sound check, I might have thought you were lined up for a final bow. (I suppose the term “curtain call” doesn’t fit a pirate music performance ?) Glad it went well. I wish I could see Pirates of St P in person, but alas, we’re not going to be in Cornwall on a weekend. I’ll have to content myself with YouTube.
Seems that the pirates have done it again. Lovely shot and well done for the gig. One of my nephews lives in Australia and is an expert drummer. He moves a lot with his band to give gigs at different parts of the country.
@mcsiegle haha......we don't tend to do a 'bow' at the end of the set.....we are usually trying to get all our gear and people off stage before the next band comes on with all their kit !
@sangwann Thank you. On average we have about 15/16 on stage and getting all those people too far away from Cornwall is very expensive (we give all out fees to charity). We are playing at Brixham Pirate Festival this coming weekend (we pay for our own travel and accommodation)..Devon is about as far a we go.....!
