Here is another view of the overpass. This view shows more of the interior structure between the two spans of the overpass. I like the part at the bottom of the background. It looks like a secret room with a large window to me. However, it is actually a metal fence protecting people on the sidewalk from the highway traffic. At one time, there was railroad traffic going across the overpass, cars and trucks on the highway going under the overpass and people walking on the sidewalk below the overpass. People now a days walk over the overpass, on the sidewalks on either end of the overpass and up & down the steps on the east side of the overpass. This structure amazes me due to its complexity.
