CW I always know that Spring is coming when the greenhouses start selling pansy plants. So far, I have bought two pansy plants. The first plant has pale yellow blossoms, as shown in today's photo. The other plant has purple blossoms with "faces". I know I am going to enjoy these two plants.
I took my photo shots for the day, working on background (and focus). When I got ready to upload my photo of the day, I noticed the new macro theme for march (mundane or unexpected object for macro-march). Oops! So, what we have is my usual macro subject (a flower). Tomorrow is another day and another photo subject.

Nice close-up of the pansy - love their faces and markings. And there's such a nice variety of color in the plants. Mine are just coming back from the snow/ice killing - had planted them last fall.
@milaniet Thanks! The greenhouse has a good variety of pansies with various faces and markings. I am tempted to go back and buy some more, even though they are a bit pricey.
