I have taken pictures of the garden phlox on several days. This time, I was taking the picture for the shapes theme of the BW fortnight challenge. I found that the late afternoon light was what I was looking for to draw out the circle shape in the middle of the blossom. I am glad I did not have the time to shoot any pictures until this afternoon light touched the phlox blossoms.
