Each year, the Catalpa trees bloom and I get close up shots of the blossoms. This year, my husband is on vacation. We are now home and working on yard and house projects before he goes back to work. There is no time to travel to where I can take these close up shots. I saw a Catalpa tree in the yard of a private residence. I took this shot of the blossoms. In some ways, I like this shot better than my close up shots I have taken into the past. I learned another photography lesson!
