I went over to my neighbor's garden in the evening and was able to shoot pictures of the moon flowers as they opened up for the night. I am posting this shot a day late. We had a thunderstorm yesterday evening. I was concerned about power surges and power outages, so I turned off my computer. All is well today. We received no storm damage at my house. We did receive a little over three inches of rain, which was a blessing.
@paulaw I find these flowers lovely too. These two seemed to be frilly, but over all, the flowers seem to have smooth edges. I guess all blossoms are never quite the same.
