Orchid

I tried my hand at high key photography. I found out that I have a "heavy hand" when it comes to doing manual settings. I will keep trying.

I wonder what a heavy hand means - you thump the knobs? Lovely to see this orchid in B&W!

@maggiemae Thank you. I am trying to get a good orchid photo for a photo show I have signed up for. "A heavy hand" is about the only way I can describe my attempts at using my camera's manual settings. I tend to use settings that produce extreme results. I tend to overexpose the high key shots and underexpose the low key shots. I hope I can learn how to use manual camera settings.
