My dog snapped off one of the lily plants. I brought it in a vase with hopes that it would bloom anyway. I was very happy when the first blossom opened up. the blossom is missing at least one petal, but I still like it.
It was so hot and humid that I stayed indoors to take my daily photos.
@milaniet@maggiemae I like this particular lily. This year, the outdoor lilies like this bleached out in the extreme heat and humidity. However, they have still been beautiful.
