Haven't been out of the house in days, so my husband took me to lunch. One purpose was to eat and the other to take a photo for today's word: water. The place we ate was right next to a lake. This American White Ibis certainly wanted to cooperate with me. Here, he is washing something he caught in the grass.

A great photo for today's theme! Love that bright colored beak! And glad you were able to get out the house... but your faithful companion may be worried about you!
@hollandcrew Thanks, Al. I was really having issues with settings because of the bright day. I am thankful to my new presets to helping me a little here.
@lynnb Thanks, Lynn. He has been very attentive since it will be quite a while before I can drive again. His first words were, "I am sure you already have a few photos of water you can use!"
@calm Thanks, Cathy! Ha, I noticed last night that if I am sleeping in the living room, she will even follow me to the bathroom! She seemed okay with me being gone for a little while today. She does always wait right by the front door, though!
