Not a bee or a bug... by danette

Not a bee or a bug...

But May-b close enough! Found several more caterpillars in the garden. This one almost lost his lunch when I cut back the Milkweed yesterday. Good thing I spotted him!
Fantastic capture. I know you're not happy about it but it looks great. FAV

Meg
Hate them on the plants eating them, but then we wouldn't have any butterflies...so I guess it's worth it....great photo!

@anazad511 I don't mind these at all. I planted some plants just for the caterpillars (butterfly ones--the rest get zapped!).

@pamknowler He will be a Monarch.

@lucypics Yes, they sure chew quite a lot! I think he doubled in size overnight.

@lynnb If he's the same one I saw the day before, he about doubled in size overnight!

@mittens @elisasaeter @henrir @jodimuli @bkbinthecity @megmills I definitely enjoy these particular caterpillars. There are always just enough on the plants to not destroy them. Thank you all for your lovely comments.

Nice shot! I can't identify what direction does he move - down or top? Nevertheless it is brilliant!
