@pamknowler @istacy1011 @lynnb I unfortunately don't know what the eye rings are for. When we saw her the day before, they had faded, so obviously it is something the owner keeps doing. I had wondered if they keep the flies away, but even my brother didn't know.

She was nowhere to be found when we pulled over to see the other horses, but just as quickly, there she was again!
