We bought some Caladium bulbs at the Caladium Festival in Lake Placid last month. I finally got around to planting them. Some have sprouted! :-) I bought an assortment of colors. The pale green was already here. The red one is a new one. Just started to grow. Then, it started to pour down rain, so I will have to take another shot on another day.
Oh how beautiful. The caladium brings memories of childhood. My mother always had them in the garden, the red ones, and I loved them. Very nice capture, Danette.
