East Las Olas Blvd. by danette

East Las Olas Blvd.

This avenue, built in 1917, connects the beach with downtown Ft. Lauderdale. It is lined with many businesses, shops and restaurants. It is considered quite upscale, though it has had its ups and downs over the years. I had a closing here last week in the orange building. Since it is summer, the traffic is lighter. I was amazed to have no trouble finding a parking space. Oh, and I absolutely loved how there were American Flags all up and down the street.
Such a pretty looking building and a lovely shot, Danette. I like the color of it. It looks so quaint there.
