Sugar cane, ready-to-eat

Had such a great day at the Florida State Fair. There is a Cracker Village, an historical Florida village from about 100+ years ago. You can take a sugar cane stalk, cut it like a lollipop and eat it!

Nice presentation and light. Thanks for sharing a pic of sugar cane. The closest to native sugar we have here in VT is maple syrup..
