An historic neighborhood in Tampa, founded by a cigar manufacturer. Therefore, it is well known for their cigars. In some of the bars, you will see professionals rolling cigars. I will upload one to my extra album since it wasn't that great of a photo. This area has been under rehabilitation, as it had fallen into disrepair for many years. Now, it reminds me greatly of Bourbon Street in New Orleans because it is funky, artistic and full of entertainment venues. When I was on this corner, I was stopped by a photographer from the Tampa Bay Times and we had a nice chat.
