My mom has been in the hospital this week. It seems, that no matter which way I choose to come home, this is what the highways look like. It's been a tough week.
I’m so sorry your mom isn’t well. This looks just like Dallas traffic, no matter the time of day. I’m sorry you have to face this while you see about your mom!

@gardenfolk enjoy your trip! I don't remember my recommendations but go to the Armature Works, take a boat ride in the Bay over by the convention center, walk the Riverwalk, eat at Oxford Exchange (make reservations). Also, eat at Ulele (reservations!).
