@thewatersphotos there were issues in Ft. Lauderdale recently where people would not tow their sunken boats. Costs $$$.

@thewatersphotos @danette It's like signs for closed businesses that are still up. Disposal and demo have price tags.
And there are fish that probably like the underwater habitat it creates, too.
