Old Florida by danette

Old Florida

A simple Cracker cottage probably built at least 70 years ago. It certainly has weathered many a storm. The home inspector I use joked with me that he would "give that roof 5 years"! He was kidding, of course. Insurance in Florida requires a certified report that a roof will be good for another 5 years.
Poor old place! A little TLC and it'd make a nice little junk shop. =)

A wonderful find and capture! I take it nobody is living in it? Such a beautiful setting.

@marlboromaam I know many people who would love to restore this place.

@ludwigsdiana I don't know! There were tools on the front porch wall. Maybe some family is keeping it. I hope so!
