Well, that Hurricane Debby has hit exactly where I didn't want it to hit. They got smacked by a hurricane 11 months ago and were still recovering. It is currently moving very slowly and will be dumping lots of rain in its path.
Prayers for those affected.
@thewatersphotos No. My brother's house is on the river where the storm came ashore. The river has already risen 9'. Hoping it will stay below flood stage.
Great shot. Wish I could have gotten out to the beach this morning, but really didn't feel comfortable driving out, as Debby was pretty much on top of us at the time. Fortunately, just a lot of rain. Lost power for a couple of hours, but that was about it. Glad it's over. Just hope it doesn't make that loop like some of the weather guessers are talking about.
