Had a pretty rough couple of days, hence the lateness of this post for yesterday's word: Hat.
This (apart from thermal hats) was all i could find in the house!
Found out that HMV was going into administration - a company i have had the pleasure of working for since 1996. A good chunk of my life and up until a couple of years ago, a very nice happy place to be working. Yesterday however, once the news had hit, the shop was full of vile customers shouting us all down and being pretty verbally abusive to me and my work colleagues. Quite possibly one of the worst days of my working life. Unsure if our shop will survive and unsure of where to go from here, so at the moment it's a waiting game.
Unusual and like the reflections! I'm really sorry to hear you are one of the employees affected by HMV's troubles. What is it with customers who take their frustration out on you like that? People never cease to amaze me. Hope things will work out for you, sooner rather than later.
@quietpurplehaze It's a horrible situation to be in and i've had a couple of sleepless nights. I've been amazed by people's reaction to this - had some pretty negative comments aimed at me and my co workers. Thankfully though, there are some people who do actually care about you. Unfortunately - you only seem to remember how foul people have been. Thanks for your very kind words :)
That's rough news! How awful that you then also have to put up with vile customers who clearly don't get it. Hope something will work out for you and your colleagues!

Great shot. Sorry to hear your news. It is terrible that this has happened. Lots of people are unhappy about the situation. The high street has been hit hard by the Internet! Hope things will be resolved soon for you.
@chris17 thank you Christine. Companies seem to be failing by the day now, and my thoughts are with everyone caught up in this situation. I'm hoping it'll be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
