Powering on whatever the weather

April 13th: Looking-up.

I have featured these Power Lines a couple of times before, but this particular day was perfect in terms of the weather and bright sunlight.

They may not be elegant - but these towering structures have always fascinated me and every time i approach them with my camera they always offer a differing picture.

I like pylons, they are wonderful structures for photography as this striking image shows. Love the diagonals and that beautiful sky. A fav from me too.
