Interesting fruit this. Never seen them before until I found some in the local supermarket. If you haven't tried these before, they come in large papery husks and taste remarkably like tomatoes, with most species occurring in Mexico!
They look really similar to the Cape Gooseberry, although it doesn't taste like a tomato, it has a tangy tropical taste. Lovely collage with great colour and texture.
