@alophoto It's a generic non-stick pan I love from Sam's (cheap but excellent quality for type of pan). We put fresh fruit on these. The Dutch use the pancakes for supper usually, but it's essentially the same as crepes. I have perfected the recipe to be 1 to 1 equivalents. 1 egg, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk (add in vanilla extract for flavor) and mix. Then go up by one per person 2 cups, 2 eggs, etc. Very easy. No extra fat. I use vegetable spray so nothing sticks when cooking!
Awesome shots of your awesome set up. There is a pan that you can buy at Walmart (as seen on TV)for $20 that doesn't require any oil even to keep things from sticking. It works too because I have one.
