You're kind of night and my kind of night are worlds apart as evidenced by this photo. I do chili and cornbread, and you do something much more exotic looking! Very elegant looking photo
@kkp I cooked chicken thighs in some broth, wine, jalepenos, and lemons in one skillet. Roasted potatoes another, then threw in asparagas for a quick cook. Combined them all in one pot to share the reduced sauce as we served at table. Salad below is oranges, fennel, and jalapeño with apple cider and basil infused oil (gift from @taffy ) :)
Looks so good. I've recently started using an Instant Pot. So far, I like it. Cooks quickly and the meat is really juicy. And, I bought a big one to cook for my army! LOL!
