Today it was gray and rainy, and I spent the day inside preparing for my nine-day trip to New Hampshire and Western Massachusetts. I leave tomorrow.
Last Sunday was a beautiful fall day (yes, we're finally having fall weather), and I stopped at Russell Orchards in Ipswich on the North Shore to buy apples. They have some farm animals as a family attraction. I enjoyed seeing goats and sheep and donkeys eating apples and pears.
