Beacon Hill is probably the most charming neighborhood in all of Boston at Christmas. Almost every house decorates with a wreath and often window boxes full of greens or urns with greens in the doorways. Many Christmas trees can be seen in the windows. The gas lamps have pine garlands wound around them and red bows. The little streets look like the nineteenth century still.
Today I walked around downtown Boston and Beacon Hill taking photos of the decorations.
