I was down on Boston Common for a rally this afternoon, a bright cold day, more seasonable after three straight days of record high temperatures. This view is of a corner of the Common where the traditional Park Street Church steeple can be seen against the new Millennium Tower.
The Millennium Tower is part of the renewal of the downtown Washington Street shopping district. People are actually living in the heart of downtown now, in extremely expensive condominiums.
