Sunday morning tea and roses by deborahsimmerman

Sunday morning tea and roses

A sunny Sunday morning in our living room, still very cold outside. We always have a special breakfast on Sunday, and it's the one time in the week I can get Peter to sit and talk for an hour or two. It's one of my favorite times in the week.

These are still the same bunch of roses I've been enjoying so much for a week-and-a-half now.

I'm posting many interior photos lately as March is not a very appealing month here in New England. It's still a rather bleak landscape, no flowers yet for several weeks, very little greenery. I don't go anywhere outside the city and stay home a lot, which I enjoy. Tuesday we're expecting a big snowstorm, and I'm looking forward to seeing a snowy landscape again.
looks very welcoming...I can almost smell the roses!

These roses have just been beautiful - it sounds like you're in for quite a snowstorm tomorrow. Stay safe and warm.
