Courtyard at Twilight

Peter and I went to the library last night to hear a history professor from one of the local universities speak on why the American Revolution started in Boston, why Bostonians were more rebellious than other British subjects in North America. Peter is extremely interested in history, and I found the lecture and the question and answer session fascinating too. It seems Bostonians were a feisty lot back then.

We walked through the courtyard on the way out of the library. The fountain in the middle is not yet turned on for the season.

Today I went with a friend to take my three bags of fabric donations to the New England Quilt Museum in Lowell. They're having a fundraising sale tomorrow. While there, we looked at the current exhibition, and I took photos of some of the quilts. However, I was told that photography was permitted for personal use only, not to be put on the internet, so I cannot post any of those photos.
Great looking building you've exposed it really well with all this lights.:)
