We're having a heat wave. It's much too hot to go outside. I took refuge in the air conditioning at the library for the afternoon and read my lessons for a class I'm taking.
Part of the time I sat in the new renovated part of the library. Then, after an iced tea break in the café, I finished up in the classic Bates Reading Room until it was time for class.
