Aarggh! When it's 5 am, I want my coffee. Long story but suffice it to say I had to wait 10 minutes in drive thru (unable to enter in person), honking my horn even, to get the attention of "the manager" who was busy looking at her cell phone and couldn't be bothered to do her job.
