Last night we went and celebrated the neighbour’s birthday. They had a potluck dinner, so along with a savoury dish, I took these for desert. They are medjool dates stuffed with peanut butter and chocolate coated. (One of my sons taught me this). He leaves his dates whole, but I like to cut them in half. They are delicious. Today was fun - Jodi’s netball, lunch with a friend (who is still waiting on surgery for a badly fractured humerus), watched Chad’s hockey and now overnighting at Omana Regional Park. Whew!
