I know this was recently discussed but seems like 365 is still so painfully slow. Or, is it just me? Not very fun trying to look and comment when it takes minutes to post a comment or go to another photo...anyone else still having this problem?
not really. I am always on dial-up speeds, and it slows down a little if I try and open up too many 365 pages at once. I do have to be conservative, and lucky I am a patient guy.
@bobfoto That's why I had to stop looking at your photos. I was about to smash my computer or have a stroke it is so slow. I like to save up your photos and take my time enjoying your project but today is just toooo slowwww!
Still painfully slow here as well. I've tried different computers and locations. It's so slow now it's taking some of the fun away from participating..... :-(
@buttercup Not just you I'm afraid. I've been finding it painfully slow & often don't get photos loading it all. It's very frustrating - and I'm getting to the point where I'm considering moving my project to another site, which would be a shame as I really like the community here.
it's very slow...I can see the look of it has changed again - the description of each photo is now in bold, which I like the look of...makes it very clear....but it is frustratingly slow ...
Yes, sometimes it's very slow to load. I just try to look at another page or flip to another program while it's doing that. I'm used to a slowish pc at home anyway.
I have noticed a difference in the speed of usage here at 365 in the last week or so? I sort of thought it was my computer...but now I'm thinking not. It doesn't seem as slow now, as it did a few days ago. I *have* backed off on looking at folks photos that I follow though, because it just seemed to take so long.
Yes : ( it's been very slow for me. I like to look at all of my followedees new posts each day, but I've been unable to achieve that for sheer frustration.
Slow for me too - sometimes it takes up to thirty seconds for my comment to post on an image and that really makes it hard to do justice to those I follow :-(
I think it's because the system is overloaded since there are tons of people involved in this project and the site, in general. I've had the same issue from time to time and find that the evening hrs are the slowest (cuz everyone's home!) (It's the same issue with Facebook.) Hopefully, the 365 project peeps will realize this and do something to speed things up!
