Pulling over

April 16th, 2012
Anyone else ever feel the need to pull over and take a photo while driving? I just had to stop and take a photo this morning.. and I've done so a few other times too. Please show me your photos :)

Thanks @sharonaddison ! I love how those trees have all been trimmed down like that, and the sky makes a dramatic backdrop!

@mantha I love this shot.

Yes, I do this a lot, and in fact I'm sure some drivers get upset with me, because my eyes seem to wander a lot while I'm driving. This is one I spotted the other day and had to back up to get it.

@purdey I do too. Occasionally I get to work early but mostly just take lots of photos. Found this on my way home one day- no shoulder on the road so just stopped. Luckily no traffic.

I do it all the time and get strange looks from other drivers. Lol :)

On the pacific coast of Costa Rica!

I do it a lot too, although more often it seems I spot something great but there is nowhere to pull over! (Usually views from the highway, Argh)

This one I drive by almost every day, so I know where the good spots are to stop ;)

Many times! Here's a more recent one and one that I especially liked. I call it "Little Red". This is sooc...the light snow that was falling gave the overall feel to this shot.

I do it ALL the time and this is probably one of my most popular shots thanks to a random stop. My friends have threatened to get me a bumper sticker stating "Photographer on Board - Vehicle Makes Frequent Stops".

Yes I do it all the time. Sometimes it drives my husband crazy if he's driving because I start telling him to pull over when I see something exciting! Here is one I took out the window on the way to work.

@aud_c looks like you wouldn't have had a choice with this one!!
