Right now my homemade project is a snowglobe for my mom. I broke one of my favorite wine glasses recently (the base just sort of snapped off) and I was going to see if I could somehow use that for it, put a(some) picture(s) of my sisters and I in there to float around or be in the center or something. Still trying to plan it out how it's going to work....
@fig365 Thank you, Andrea. They were fun to make. I bought the cat and fish charms at different times from different stores. Good luck with the snowglobe! Sounds like a neat idea and I hope you find a way to make it work. 8)
Sometimes I play with polymer clay. Tiny roses are my favorite things to make with clay. Each rose is smaller than my thumbnail.

Weaving and cardmaking for my family members when I have the time - mostly buy the cards as am usually too busy to make them and there are too many in my family. I make a Valentines Day card for my parents but that's usually about it. As the weaving takes so long it is usually for the christening or 1st birthday of my siblings children.
I've been cross stitching for years! Started a really cute one for my nephew not long after he was born. Halfway through, I discovered this project online and haven't touched it since! He's 2 next month. If I get back at it now, maybe it'll be done by the time he starts college :)

I also love doing origami, have done some simple jewellery making, but wow metalsmithing, I would looove to do that. @grizzlysghost the soapstone carvings are gorgeous :) how do you do it? @myautofocuslife i have too many hobbies too and I keep seeing more things I want to try.... @hehe1308 I'm not very good at knitting yet, taught myself from videos off the internet but I'm veeery slow. @jannaellen I've also done some lino and woodcutting, You've reminded me I have the tools somewhere, maybe I should do one hehe @allisonrap I just love those earrings. What else do you make and how did you get into it? @nicolecampbell these are too adorable! @mortisa@shutterbugger I only have the patience to make tiny cross stitch projects... @mummarazzii I've made a few tiny teddies but the ones you made are sooo adorable. I love the way you staged the photo. @katiebrenkert makes me wish i was still growing taller!
