Its Freya's 1st birthday on Tuesday and my sister has asked me to create a photo book for her, so I'm looking for suggestions and examples to give me some more ideas. Thanks in advance, Lorraine : ) Here she is...
As an ex early childhood teacher I would try to make it into a bit of a story with clear words on the pages so their book can be read to them. It will make it that little bit more special but more work for you. Kids love stories about themselves :)
If you have photos from her birth to now, you could make a compilation. That's what I do for the grandparents. I also add a short caption using "I" as if the child was telling the story.
You could do from birth upwards to, include her handprints/footprints maybe - i have a similar thing for Ethan. Pics of his first holiday, first tooth, first steps all the firsts really...... =)
