I'm only 6 mos. into my project, but from what I've seen am convinced there are more than a few members of this community whose could strongly compete in and even win this.
Note that they require releases should your photos include other people, or be taken in (or strongly feature) private property:
'Entrant must have obtained express written consent to submit any entry that contains persons other than entrant or third-party elements not owned by entrant and, if requested to do so, produce such written consent from appropriate parties in a form and manner acceptable to One Life Photo.'
Make sure you read the bit of the rules about by entering you are giving them a non-exclusive perpetual license to use your entry for advertising or other purposes without further compensation. Additionally, there is an entry fee.
