I have been experiencing some very slow loading time from this website. I was wondering if anybody else has noticed this or if it is just me. I primarily use FireFox as my browser without any problems until two weeks ago. It was so frustrating I downloaded Chrome, which connected much quicker and load the pages quicker. Now it is slowing down.
I was thinking about that. I have a cable modem and normally connect fast and load fast. I guess it could be the modem. I have had to get it replaced twice over the years.
I have had the same problem using firefox.. for several months - since the last 'patch' in fact.. if it works at all...it only loads the last 2 or 3 posts. I have been using IE without problems since then

I know this is a very active website with so much traffic, I thought maybe it might have to do with that. My computer is relatively new, 8gb of RAM an i5 Intel processor. I have been a Firefox user for some time. I know on occasions when Mozilla does an update I have had problems in the past. I just did a scan and found a Trojan of some sort and deleted it. I'll see if that makes a difference. Thank for all the replies.
