The Cancer On My Grandson Is Contained!

January 4th, 2013
If you've read my note on my 24 yr. old Grandson, Brendan, you will understand this New Topic. I'm just sending the note that my daughter, Judy, sent to all the family and friends who have been praying for Brendan. Here's a copy of it and for any young photographer's out there, pay attention, it's important. I can't tell you how happy I am, along with the whole family, especially Brendan and his parents and siblings.

THE E-MAIL SENT TO EVERYONE BELOW:

We received great news about Brendan!!!! The cancer was self-contained and didn’t spread to any other organs. Brendan caught it early so he only has to do “active observation.” This will involve CT scans, etc for 3 years. We are so grateful for everyone’s prayers and positive thoughts. It really gave us strength these last few weeks. He is very happy that he will be able to complete his last year of law school without any interruption. Thank you again for your very thoughtful emails and supportive calls.

On another note early detection is very important for young men ages 18-35.

Have a wonderful evening…..I know we willJ

Judy

My thanks also to all my friends on 365,

@bella_surprise Thank you so much Kendra. It is such a wonderful story, with a happy ending. Maybe my 24 yr. old grandson should give some talks about it at Grad School to warn other young men of that age bracket what to watch for. It's a very rare cancer, but he was so healthy and still got it. Now to see about his two brother's who have had Ultra Sounds done as it's hereditary.

Thank God.....Praying for continued good news!

@tjs_world_part_2 Amen, so are we and that he will continue to be cancer free. Now we are waiting on the news of the Ultra Sounds of his two brothers as it is hereditary, but I feel they are going to be okay.

Thrilled for you all Linda - will still continue to remember your family - for the other Grandkids and their need for clearance - & that the active observation is a formality for Brendon - that this cancer will just become a memory for you all.
