Back when i started on here, i swear there was a "thing" where you could see if the members you were following were inactive for a certain amount of time... of to see if your followers are inactive... i'm following alot of people but the same people (whos photos i love) come up on my feed, and i wondered if i'm missing photos or if people that i follow just aren't around any more... also vice versa, the people following me i see to only get maybe 15 or so views each photo... wondering if my followers aren't around anymore!!
Anyone know the link thingo i'm talking about?
Bear in mind that just because someone hasn't uploaded in a little while, that doesn't necessarily mean they're "inactive".
I got one of those lovely emails from @Scrivna recently, saying that I "haven't updated my 365 Project recently" - I haven't posted anything new, no, but that's because for the past week I've been shooting exclusively on a film SLR, rather than digital, and I can't post any of my pictures until after I get the film developed (probably sometime next week, I imagine). I've still been active commenting on people's photos, and on the discussion boards, though...
@Scrivna Hi I'd kinda like a 'reply all' feature on the comments part under my picture and a ' sort A-Z' on the followers page to help me find people. Love the site, love it makes me get my camera out and think and try to get better :)
Yes, I agree with @lbjefferies it would be useful to be have the option to change how the list of followers and friends is sorted I.e by date or alphabetical order in order to find people. @Scrivna
I recently went through all the people I follow and found that some people still post daily but oddly they do not show up in my feed which I dislike because it is how I keep up.
@annaruth I've just found the same thing... only say 5 or so of the people i follow havent posted since early 2012 or 2011... but the rest seem to be mostly active in the last month.. i clicked on them and i've clearly missed them in my feed or they've not shown up i suppose!! :/
@grizzlysghost - thanks for pointing out where you can see the last time people your follow/who follow you upload...is that fairly new ? Really interesting, but sad because some people are not around anymore, and I used to love their photos. I really don't get that many views anymore, so had guessed that people had moved on
@sharonaddison It is fairly new , I returned to 365 late dec and went through my following list and clicked on each person to find out when they last posted , then this week I had a look and noticed they now have a last post date :)
Here's my 2 cents worth (probably not even worth that in our lousy US economy) such as it is! When I began my 365 project and had a handful of followers/followees it wasn't hard to keep on top of all the postings. But since those numbers have greatly increased it's been hard to keep on top of everyone. Unless they comment on mine, I sometimes do not get to commenting on theirs. I could spend hours going through the feeds, but commenting on those who comment on my shots has helped reduced the time. But I did find that like you, I was missing out on folks I knew posted regularly. What I noticed was that it really depended on what time I put my shots up and went through the feed. So now I try to vary the time of time I go through the feed. Sometimes that helps me find the people I think may not posting when they actually are. It's probably faster to run a check, which now I will do since the Honorary Scrivnas @bobfoto@grizzlyghost have so nicely supplied them!

I just entered inactive into the search box and found it...
Under their names are their "last update dates" so you can see who is active and who is not.
... sorry if this seems a little... stalker-ish... :)
@bobfoto
@bobfoto @grizzlysghost
should really get out more.
You stalk well @grizzlyghost
"Sorry, this is disabled for a bit as 365's under enough load as it is" hehe
@grizzlysghost Hadn't thought to look there... cheers.
