One thing that I have found interesting in showing my pics in different galleries (or books) is that the general public does not always agree with what we as photographers deem to be a great photo.
Sometimes people will point out a picture and say; "I love this one" or "This one is the best". Often it can follow an image that I am proud of, other times I have to wonder why.
As for here, I tend to have 2 favorites: http://365project.org/kidderdesign/365/2010-02-21http://365project.org/kidderdesign/365/2010-02-14
and by the site stats, they seem to be the most popular as well
GREAT question. I have only just started my adventure in this project so Not many images to choose from so it is a little easier for me versus those with more days in.
I have a couple as well. The first two are a couple of my most recent but I feel like I have grown significantly as a photographer over these past couple of months. So...
http://365project.org/autumnseden/365/2010-02-15 - This was taken over Valentine's Day weekend and I just love this shot. This ranks up in my top pictures I have EVER taken. It looks so surreal but this is exactly as the photo was taken - ZERO editing!
I think my favourite is always the next one I'm going to take, when I get good feedback for a photo it inspires me to do better next time and I enjoy the challenge of meeting the strict eye of the photo monkeys!
i like the fight club feel of this one: http://365project.org/lilabird/365/2010-02-07
not a person or car in sight in a city as busy as san francisco, so it kinda feels like after a zombie apocalypse or something.
This project has pushed me into new levels of skill, and there are many I'm proud of. But I think my favorite is probably this one... everyone else seems to like it, too: http://365project.org/dweezie/365/2010-01-10
I'm new at portraits and still life's but I love them. In portraits I want to convey a distinct emotion if I can get it. So my favorite work so far is rather unpopular and hard to look at but I think I got what I was looking for. http://365project.org/bluesparc/365/2010-03-05

I love it so much. I can't believe its something that I took.
What about you? Which picture is your favorite?
By far my most popular photo (with other people!) so far, has been this one - http://365project.org/manek43509/365/2010-02-21
But I personally really like this, for the photography - http://365project.org/manek43509/365/2010-02-04
and this, for the comedy - http://365project.org/manek43509/365/2010-02-24
my favorite two so far are

http://365project.org/autumnseden/365/2010-03-01 - This is one of my most technically balanced photos and this place is just so special. My heart stutters each time I go.

edit:
i knew this would happen as soon as i posted! today's photo is my new favourite:

http://365project.org/rrt/365/2010-03-07
http://365project.org/islawight/365/2010-02-09 - 'cos it's pure comedy http://365project.org/islawight/365/2010-02-20 - 'cos I'm a softie for wildlife http://365project.org/islawight/365/2010-03-06 - 'cos it's ridiculously ordinary but extraordinary
http://365project.org/kailynswarthout/365/2010-01-27 - i'm a sucker for night shots
http://365project.org/kailynswarthout/365/2009-12-10 - i just love that i was able to do this with such minimal technology.
#1 took me forever to learn how to do this.. ok I'm lying ..it took a week but it felt like forever - http://365project.org/nwphoto/365/2010-03-08
#2 my self portrait - http://365project.org/nwphoto/365/2010-03-03

I think it truly shows my daughters age and beauty. I hope she will look at this picture later in life and see how I see her.
For me it's a toss up between these two photos
http://365project.org/dothewu/365/2010-03-06
and http://365project.org/dothewu/365/2010-01-16
it sums up my daughter so simply
or this one

because I love the beach in any form...
http://365project.org/bluesparc/365/2010-03-05
I like this one because of the abstract-ness of it: http://365project.org/jadams/365/2010-03-02
I like this one because I had to fire off a lot of shots to get this one that I think works pretty well:
http://365project.org/jadams/365/2010-02-28
And I like this one because, well - it's camels. What's not to like?
