I've been chatting with Dave Schofield @chewyteeth about the idea of having a 365 Meetup in Manchester. So I wondered if there would be any interest? I'm tagging a couple of people I know who are based in the North West - can you also tag any others you know? If you're interested, what day(s) of the week work best for you, and where do you suggest we go to during the meetup? If there's enough interest we can try and find a date :o)
Yes! - count me in for sure!!! we had a london meet up on saturday and we were talking about a manchester meet up - ive tagged people in from the london meet in case they are interested...
I always think the Northern Quarter in Manchester is good for photos and also good for beers :) I can make most Saturdays or Sundays. Looking forward to it already!
I'd be up for it for sure! Only problem is that I'm unavailable for pretty much all of September due to holidays & family stuff. So it depends on the date for me.

As for locale...Northern Quarter yeh, somewhere dingy? Rusholme?

This sounds good , depends on date & days ..we are doing a canal boat cruise of the city on the 10th Sept & poss away for early October. it would have to be weekend for me due to work...Sunday would be best..
(plus it means i would have to come into the city on a weekend as well as every day in the weekk ...dohhhhh !! ) what the heck lets show London how its done ((o;
I forgot to say, I can make weekends, and Mondays & Tuesdays - but it sounds like Sunday would work for people - and perhaps a Sunday in mid-October, to get us beyond all the holidays? Talking of holidays, I'm away now for a week! :o)

oooh, i can get to manchester,i'm only half an hour away, it would just have to be somewhere accessible by public transport as i don't drive and i get lost easily lol
sooner would be better for me as my hubby is out of work at the moment so i'm not as tied to days that i have childcare
