10-20mm wide angle, a gorillapod, new tripod, reversing rings, camera bag...the list goes on! Luckily it is my birthday in January so my folks are likely to double up on the more expensive items :o)
A macro and a 50mm prime are top of my list but I don't think Santa will be delivering them this year :-( But I did get hubby and I 2 gift vouchers for a photography course in the new year!
Canon 1D x would be nice even though its not due out till March :-)................. but really i would just like all my family together................ and to see my grandsons face beeming on christmas morning................ even if it is at 3 oclock in the morning ;-)
my entire christmas list is camera related....
-i want a speedlight (as i currently don't have one)
-a good macro lens
-i wouldn't mind a new camera body, but would probably rather a new lens, like a good macro
-the epiphanie ginger, or belle bag
-i already have the 35mm prime for my camera, but now they have a 40mm that looks kind of neat...not sure if i want that or not
-then just random fun stuff from photojojo and lensbaby accessories
but, i'm willing to accept gift cards to any local camera shop :)
oh, and of course one non camera related wish, the new harry potter lego years 5-7 game
@sparkle my birthday is in january too! so i'm hoping what i don't get for christmas i get for my birthday
I so wanted to ask for a Tamron 75-300mm, but that would be naughty. It's a tight Christmas financially. The only thing camera related I asked for was "Digital Photography Exposure For Dummies" by Jim Doty. I really want to learn to use my camera manually and this book was helping til I had to return it to the library :)
@andycoleborn lol So pleased to see someone thought outside the camera box, so to speak!! Show this to Sangeeta and I'm sure she could easily oblige with all these!
a flash.....please?! A wide angle would be nice but Santa doesn't have that kind of cash ;) Going to keep my eye out here and maybe get some cheaper ideas!!
@naturalp A photo course is a great present @hanky I hope you get a shot of those beaming faces :-)) @glyn There are so many of us that would to have a copy of our project like this @dkg I've just looked up those bags, not I want one of those! @herussell You can keep buying more and more equipment but learning how to use your camera 'properly' and understanding how it works will improve your photography no end @andycoleborn lol bet you want some camera gear really :-)
An 80 or 100 mm lens. I'm finally to the point that I have most of the equipment I need. It's taken a long time, and I'm grateful to have some amazing equipment.
I'm not sure what I want for Christmas... 10-22mm wide angle lens, maybe... xD
