ha... easy for me. i live in Northern VA. right outside of DC. this entire area is now the # 1 worst traffic in the States. seriously. it's also # 1 now with the worst drivers in the States. seriously, also. i've got the $8 more a month on my insurance policy to prove it. not from anything i did, either, mind you. just due to the amount of accidents around here.
