B&W Challenge #11 - Movement

Thank you for choosing my shot as the winner for the reflections theme and thanks to @dyanstevens for hosting the last one. I really liked the theme - it made me very happy (and was perfectly timed with my windows being cleaned!).

For the next theme, I've decided on the theme of MOVEMENT. I have to confess to a slight ulterior motive in raising awareness for another challenge I'm doing this year: running 1000 miles to raise funds for a local hospice in the UK. There is more information on my blog (1000milerun.tumblr.com) and any donations are very gratefully received :)

Photos should be taken and posted between 10th and 24th April and tagged with bw-11.

My mom was a hospice nurse for many years before she retired, so it's a cause close to my heart.
