Thanks for electing me the next host of the Black and White challenge, I hardly ever see good lightrays but did on two occasions during Adi's challenge so i was blessed!
For the forthcoming challenge i was wondering what you could all do with food photography in black and white! I know half the appeal of food is about how it looks and especially the colour , but there are surely occasions when a good black and white can show food off to perfection? lets see
Food related black and white photos of any description are welcome to be submitted,, for example fruit and vegetables, street vendors and people preparing food, drinks, food packaging and table settings, Think about whether your food suits high or low key, perhaps white-on-white or black-on-black., styled or rustic . Textures, shapes, repetition and lighting could all come into play.
For inspiration I found some beautiful examples, but the possibilities are endless...
Okay, I ate the crackers. Now I am trying with the fairy cakes I made that I am about to eat with a cup of coffee.......I have no idea how to shoot well in B&W but there's only one way to learn, eh? LOL!!
