November Words of the Month

October 31st, 2018

This October was the first time in a long time that I did not do even one word of the month, but with 188 photos entered, I am sure I was not missed much! Now onto November with the colder weather for those of us in the north while our Southern Hemisphere neighbours are heading into summer. We in the north are depending on you to keep us warm with your flower and beach shots!

I have included many words to correspond with the many events this month such as Guy Fawkes Day, St. Andrew’s Day, American election, and Armistice / Remembrance Day. It is good to connect with these events every once in a while.

Thank you to everyone who continues to contribute their suggestions each month. Your continued faithfulness to this challenge makes my job as host of this challenge a breeze!

For newer members, the word of the month is a great place to dip your toes into. This challenge is also a great place for older members who occasionally lose their mojo and need ideas or inspiration. It can be a great challenge for those who want to go that extra nine yards to do a full month of words. The choice is yours!

The tag for the month will continue in the same format as before, first three letters of the month, the year and then ‘words’ (nov18words).

Feel free to do one word, a few, or all of them. They can be done in any order you choose, or on the suggested day. Pop in daily, or just on occasion. This is your challenge, and your project. Until next month, enjoy!

@mittens
You are most welcome! The words are from all you who suggested them ... and thank you for suggesting the technical ones like leading line and ICM!
