I am wondering: how will photos be posted every day, from film? I mean technically, how is it going to be done. I would surely like to join, but I don't know how to do it.

@monikozi I would need to post in September! Send films off to be developed, then scan each photo to post. Too difficult for a month!!

@la_photographic HiLaura. I do have a 12 exposure film to put through a Rollieflex camera, so you've inspired me to use that during early August!

I did an analog August a few years ago, but I used photos from years ago that I had scanned. I think I did an alphabet that way.

@monikozi Unfortunately you won't be able to post every day but you can post them whenever you have them or like Liz scan older photos.

Just the nudge I need to dust off my old Canon AE1, load it with a roll of (probably expired) film and shoot like it’s 1984.

yaaay! I found film in a store nearby. Now i have no more excuses for joining this challenge. It is a first for me.

I would love to. Been waiting to send in a few rolls of film to get developed... unfortunately it is a lengthy and expensive process nowadays. I deeply wish I had a darkroom available to me!

Oh, I just realized that my roll is ISO 400 (there was no other option in the store). And my camera is the idioten-kamera type. Just AUTO, FLASH, NO FLASH options and 2 zoom options. So I don't have any expectations. Well, i do have one: that all the shots will be too light/bright/burnt. Well, well...
